Props Experience

During my time at Elon University, I have had the unique opportunity to take on a variety of roles within the props department, including artisan and manager. My first project, Spring Awakening, taught me the basics of graphic design through my role as props artisan with a specialization in paper props. For my most recent production, Legally Blonde, I transitioned into a more senior role as a properties manager. I was responsible for tracking the acquisition and handling of props, and also served as the primary point of communication between the props department, stage management, and direction.
